**STORE MANAGER**
**Position Mission**
Manage all store operations to achieve sales objectives and targets for both merchandise and financial products and services.
**Knowledge and Competencies**
Completed bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, and/or Commerce.
1 year of experience.
Sales process.
Human Capital Management.
**Specific Responsibilities:**
· Store operations management: open and close the store according to scheduled hours; supervise cleanliness and orderliness of all areas; prepare and execute the previous day’s bank deposit.
· Sales: coordinate placement of institutional advertising; supervise sales operations; authorize merchandise exchanges or returns; cancel sales receipts in the point-of-sale system.
· Promotion: supervise and follow up on credit applications issued by the store.
· Inventory supervision: coordinate in-store merchandise receipt; report missing, excess, or damaged merchandise.
· Human capital management: supervise staff adherence to scheduled working hours and established policies.
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $13,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
