




**BENOL CONCRETOS IRAPUATO COMPANY IS HIRING A SALES EXECUTIVE.** Position Objective Promote, sell, and provide technical advice on concrete products (ready-mix, precast, or other derivatives) to current and potential customers, ensuring sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is achieved. Main Responsibilities Prospect new clients in the construction, infrastructure, housing, and industrial sectors. Develop and maintain business relationships with construction companies, architects, engineers, and contractors. Provide technical advice on applications, specifications, and benefits of concrete products. Prepare and present quotations, commercial proposals, and have basic knowledge of contracts. Negotiate prices, sales terms, and delivery conditions. Coordinate with logistics and production departments to ensure timely concrete delivery. Conduct post-sale follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction. Meet the monthly and annual sales goals established by the company. Prepare visit reports, sales reports, and market projections. Requirements: \*Gender: Indistinct Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field. (Desirable) Experience: Minimum 2 years in industrial sales, preferably in construction materials or concrete.
