




Position Summary: Provide administrative support to the supervision team by managing information, document control, contractual and financial tracking, and preparing reports. Key Highlights: 1. Project information and documentation management and organization. 2. Contract, estimation, and supplier payment coordination. 3. Preparation of progress reports and participation in work meetings. Provide administrative support to the supervision team by managing and organizing project information and documentation. Responsible for document control, contractual tracking, financial control, and preparation of progress reports (technical, photographic, and financial) for the client. Software: MS Project, AutoCAD, and Office suite. Coordinate the registration and control of contracts, estimates, and payments to suppliers and contractors. Track progress, changes, and project quality control, ensuring accurate database updates and compliance with administrative processes. Participate in work meetings by preparing minutes and following up on commitments. Assist in preparing AutoCAD drawings and special reports.
