Ensure production plan compliance: Manage human, material, and sanitation resources to ensure adherence to the production schedule; Validate the line startup checklist; Ensure timely and proper line startup in accordance with centerline specifications and line cleaning requirements for each product change; Ensure effective communication with the maintenance department to address preventive and/or corrective maintenance. Reduce and/or eliminate non-conforming products: Monitor operational yield loss throughout all process stages; Ensure control of process variables to meet product specifications; Jointly determine, with the Quality Department, the identification of non-conforming products (red, orange, or yellow); Apply problem-solving analysis to identify root causes of non-conforming product generation; Coordinate recovery of green labels for their management within the process.
