Job Summary: Ensure cleanliness, order, and proper maintenance of facilities, guaranteeing a hygienic, safe, and pleasant environment for employees and visitors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain a hygienic and safe environment in the facilities. 2. Assist with setting up meeting rooms and internal events. 3. Promote a pleasant environment for employees and visitors. PLACENCIA FURNITURE IS SEEKING A FACILITY CUSTODIAN Ensure cleanliness, order, and proper maintenance of facilities, guaranteeing a hygienic, safe, and pleasant environment for employees and visitors. ⸻ Main Responsibilities * Perform general cleaning of offices, hallways, restrooms, common areas, and assigned zones. * Sweep, mop, disinfect surfaces, and empty trash bins. * Maintain cleaning supplies in good condition and report shortages. * Assist with setting up meeting rooms, internal events, or furniture relocations. * Maintain basic inventory control of materials (soap, paper, detergents). * Operate cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, floor polisher, etc.) when required. * Comply with safety, hygiene, and personal protective standards. * Promptly report facility defects or abnormal conditions. ⸻ Requirements * Education: Completed junior high school (preferred). * Experience: 6 months to 1 year in similar positions. * Knowledge: Basic handling of cleaning products and equipment. * Skills: * Organization * Attention to detail * Responsibility * Teamwork ⸻ Desired Competencies * Service orientation * Proactivity * Basic communication * Honesty and reliability
