Job Summary: CASAS QUMA is seeking a Construction Resident for the Urban Development area, responsible for supervising, scheduling, and overseeing activities in construction projects. Direct contract with the company and 100% payroll contribution **CASAS QUMA**, a residential construction company specializing in vertical and horizontal housing developments, with construction projects in Celaya, León, Irapuato, Cortázar, and Apaseo el Grande, invites you to join our Construction team as: **CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT** For the ***URBAN DEVELOPMENT*** area **REQUIREMENTS:** Civil Engineer, Architectural Engineer, or Architect (intern or licensed) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise construction processes * Schedule construction work and monitor progress * Handle painting activities for signage, sidewalks, and landscaping. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** Proficiency in AutoCAD and CivilCAD. **WE OFFER:** * Bi-weekly net salary of $7,000 * Statutory benefits * Direct contract with the company * 100% payroll contribution Employment type: Project-based or fixed-term contract; Probationary period Contract duration: 3 months Salary: $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract Application questions: * Have you worked for companies engaged in subdivision construction?
