Key Responsibilities * Physically load bags of finished product onto customer trucks. * Stabilize trucks with wheel chocks and load/unload vehicles. * Support cycle counting processes. * Review and complete shipping and receiving documentation, enter information into computerized systems, and report issues as needed while working with basic knowledge of processes and procedures. * Operate powered mobile equipment. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in facility operations related to the area of responsibility, with limited authority to implement changes as defined by management. * Understand and comply with all safety policies and procedures, including equipment lockout, and maintain a safe and clean work environment. * Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications * Must be at least 18 years old * Completed primary education * One year of prior experience working in a warehouse environment * Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, or twisting safely, with or without reasonable accommodation * Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms with or without reasonable accommodation * Previous experience with inventory systems * Ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with prior notice * Ability to work in various environments where exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and others may occur, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Job Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $10,500.00 per month Application Questions: * What is your salary expectation? * Do you have experience in loading and unloading? * Do you have practical knowledge of Microsoft Office software?
