




Job Summary: The Line Operator will operate production or warehouse machinery, perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues, maximizing product performance and quality. Maximization of product performance and quality The Line Operator will operate similar production or warehouse machinery requiring limited setup and basic machine adjustments, perform preventive maintenance, and assist in troubleshooting machine issues following established policies, procedures, and frequent guidance. In this role, the operator will maximize performance and produce quality products while adhering to all applicable regulatory and food safety policies as required. Job Responsibilities: * Set up similar machines with limited configuration requirements. * Load materials into the machine, operate and monitor short-cycle machine operation with frequent guidance, and make adjustments to ensure product specifications are met. * Use hand and power tools to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot basic machine issues, and escalate broader machine issues. * Maintain production and quality records manually and electronically. * Operate motorized mobile equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks. * Unload and prepare product for movement of finished goods. * Understand and comply with all safety policies and procedures, including lockout/tagout of equipment. Requirements: * Must be at least 18 years of age * Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing stairs, kneeling, squatting, or twisting safely, with or without reasonable accommodation * Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms, with or without reasonable accommodation * Ability to work in various environments where noise, dust, chemicals, etc., may be present, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Availability to work under diverse indoor and outdoor conditions, which may include heat up to 35 degrees Celsius * Ability to operate industrial machinery and/or equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation, such as lifts, pelletizing equipment, touchscreens, sewing machine adjustment or calibration, conveyor belts, printers, and labelers * Forklift certification — preferred * Completed high school education or higher * Ability to read and write Spanish fluently * Experience using computers * Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office software, such as Excel and Word * Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts, with prior notice * Minimum of 6 months of experience working in a production or plant environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,500.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
