Two years of experience in a similar position. Good Manufacturing Practices. SAGARPA regulations. ISO 9000, ISO 22000, PFMA, problem-solving methodology. Continuous Improvement. **MAIN FUNCTIONS:** Ensure compliance with the Quality Plan for raw materials and finished products by conducting Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) audits, as well as authorized policies and procedures, to guarantee the quality and safety of finished products. Supervise and ensure that raw materials and finished products meet established quality standards to support the strategic plan and satisfy internal and external customers. Conduct Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) audits to maintain the plant in optimal conditions to ensure product quality and safety, following up with the Plant Manager on action plans.
