Position Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Manager specializing in steel structures to lead strategic negotiation, supply planning, and cost control across multiple projects. Key Highlights: 1. Technical leadership in procurement for steel structures. 2. Strategic negotiation with domestic suppliers. 3. Supply planning aligned with manufacturing and erection. **PROCUREMENT MANAGER – STEEL STRUCTURES SECTOR, relocation required to the state of Yucatán; housing support is not provided.** Southeastern Mexico **One structure, one team** — we specialize in the design, fabrication, and erection of steel structures for: * Shopping centers * Industrial warehouses * High-rise buildings * Industrial and government projects We seek a **Procurement Manager with proven experience in the construction and erection of steel structures**. We do not seek general procurement professionals. We require technical leadership backed by real field experience. **What we need:** * Experience procuring structural steel, plates, sections, structural fasteners, welding consumables, galvanizing, industrial paint, and specialized services. * Direct experience on projects involving **shopping centers, industrial warehouses, and high-rise buildings**. * Concurrent management of multiple projects. * Strategic negotiation with domestic suppliers. * Supply planning aligned with manufacturing and erection. * Cost control, delivery scheduling, and specialized logistics. **Desirable experience:** * Projects exceeding 500 tons. * Coordination of procurement for more than two active projects simultaneously. * Experience with companies in the metal construction sector (not retail, not mass consumer goods).
