Inventory control and procurement accounting closures Megafrescos del Bajío is seeking: "Procurement Specialist" **Requirements:** * Experience: Minimum 3 years, preferably as a procurement specialist * Education: Industrial Engineering degree, Bachelor’s in Business Administration, or Bachelor’s in Business Management * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Negotiation skills * Supplier portfolio management experience **Responsibilities:** * Ensure timely delivery of all supplies required by demanding departments by purchasing based on the four fundamental criteria: quality, price, delivery time, and service * Quotation management * Price analysis * Supplier selection * Follow-up on credit request submissions * Control and tracking of material receipt and invoice management * Monthly closing of all supplies received in warehouse and accounting closures for all advance payment purchases * Review and follow-up of reports in the Agroesmart system and internal processes of other departments involved in the procurement process **We Offer:** * Monthly net salary of $14,000 to $16,000 * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
