




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage strategic food and raw material procurement, with a focus on supplier development and negotiation for a vegetable company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supplier development and strategic negotiation 2. Analysis and procurement strategies for the cold chain 3. Purchase order tracking and administrative support A growing company dedicated to the processing, marketing, and distribution of vegetables via cold and frozen supply chains is seeking a Bachelor’s or Engineer in Agronomy, International Business, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field, with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in procurement, preferably within food and production input companies. Knowledge of diverse vegetables and agricultural inputs is required. Familiarity with seasonal agricultural cycles across different regions of the country and/or importation processes is essential. Advanced Excel skills; ERP system experience is desirable; intermediate English proficiency. **Responsibilities:** Development of specialized suppliers for food and production inputs, supplier negotiation, procurement analysis and strategy, purchase orders, fill rate, incident management, tracking, and administrative support. **Work Location:** Celaya, with willingness to travel and possession of a valid driver’s license. **Benefits:** Grocery vouchers, savings fund, year-end bonus exceeding statutory requirements, fully subsidized cafeteria (100%), full IMSS contributions. **Working Hours:** 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
