




Job Summary: Responsible for controlling information, performing analysis, data entry, and applying deductions and benefits in trip settlements, as well as providing operator support and maintaining accounting records. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of trip settlements 2. Report generation and operator support 3. Accounting recording of operations * Control of trip information pending settlement * Analysis of operator debtors for consideration of deductions in trip settlements * Entry of debtor items: union dues, IMSS, unemployment and retirement insurance, INFONAVIT, product shortages, diesel withdrawals, maintenance deductions, loans, and other trip-related deductions * Application of benefits in settlements: bonuses, incentives, savings fund, etc. * Generation of settlements in the system * Creation of Excel files listing all daily settled trips, reconciled with the system * Notification to the operator regarding their settlement * Handling operator inquiries related to settlements * Maintaining updated debtor files for each operator * Control of union dues and union membership application * Preparation of preliminary payroll based on weekly accumulated settlements * Accounting entries in KYO Position Type: Project-based or fixed-term contract Contract Duration: 6 months Salary: $11,000.00 - $13,500.00 per month Benefits: * Eligibility for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms * Meal vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
