Sales Advisor Objective: Prospect and profile customers, promoting vehicle sales and value-added services. \*Job Description Job Objective Provide personalized service to prospective and existing customers, promoting the sale of new vehicles through professional service, in order to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: \- Attend to and follow up with customers on the sales floor, via telephone, and digitally. \- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations. \- Identify customer needs and expectations to offer the best vehicle option and financing plan. \- Prepare quotations, conduct test drives, and close sales. \- Manage administrative procedures related to sales, including financing, insurance, and warranties. \- Maintain updated customer and prospect databases in the CRM system. \- Meet monthly sales targets set by management. \- Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and foster loyalty. Requirements: \- Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree (bachelor's degree in commercial or administrative fields preferred). \- Experience: Minimum 1\-2 years in sales (automotive industry experience preferred). \- Results-oriented work approach. \- Commission-based compensation. Knowledge: \- Sales and negotiation techniques. \- CRM system and Microsoft Office proficiency. \- Automotive financing and insurance knowledge (desirable). \- Valid driver's license.
