Job Summary: We are seeking a Tractor-Trailer Operator Trainer to deliver technical and hands-on training sessions, evaluate performance, and reinforce critical operational points. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting practical driving sessions A leading company in the tractor-trailer sales industry in the Bajío region, experiencing growth, is looking for a **Tractor-Trailer Operator Trainer**. * Education: Technical High School Diploma or Technical Degree in Automotive Mechanics, Diesel Mechanics, or related field. * Experience: 3 years as a tractor-trailer operator, instructor, or heavy-vehicle driving evaluator. * Valid Federal Driver's License Type "B" or "E". * **We provide training on our brand and our units.** **Responsibilities:** * Deliver classroom-based technical training on operation, preventive maintenance, and features of SITRAK units. * Conduct practical driving sessions with customer operators until correct and efficient driving is achieved. * Evaluate performance, correct inappropriate driving habits, and reinforce critical operational points. * Accompany operators during loaded trailer (FULL) route tests to obtain real-world performance data. * Install GPS devices in new units prior to customer delivery. * Move units within the branch or workshop for washing, inspection, or service testing. * Ensure units are delivered in optimal condition with proper documentation. **We Offer:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time; Saturday, half-day. * Salary: Based on experience. * 100% statutory benefits. * Ongoing training opportunities. **Benefits Beyond Statutory Requirements:** * Savings fund: 2%. * Food vouchers: 10%. * Subsidized cafeteria: $40\. * Life insurance (effective from the 3rd month). * Career development opportunities.
