Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to handle prospecting, technical site visits, and contract management for renovation, new construction, and civil engineering projects. Base Monthly Salary Gasoline allowance: $1,000 per week Commissions: \* Renovations: 2% to 7% of the total contract value. New Construction/Civil Engineering: 4% (due to higher contract values). Social security coverage from day one Must own a personal vehicle (mandatory) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Prospecting: 20 qualified new contacts per week (architects, industrial or residential facilities). Survey Visits: 4 technical site visits per week Achieve a 20% conversion rate from submitted quotations to signed contracts.
