Job Summary: We are seeking an Image Assistant to support floor plan design, schedule and monitor maintenance activities, and prepare quotations. Key Highlights: 1. Support in floor plan design and maintenance management 2. Scheduling and monitoring of maintenance activities and work crews 3. Preparation of quotations and emergency response Position: **Image Assistant** We require candidates with a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. **Requirements:** Age: 25 to 35 years old Completed bachelor’s degree or engineering degree (degree holder) Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years Skills: AutoCAD 3D, Project, Opus, SketchUp, and Revit **Working Conditions** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 08:00–18:30 (with two hours for lunch) Saturday: 09:00–14:30 Availability: Flexible working hours and willingness to travel **Responsibilities:** * Respond to emergent maintenance requests * Support in floor plan design * Document evidence of maintenance activities * Schedule and monitor maintenance activities * Schedule work crews * Prepare quotations **Benefits:** Statutory benefits Travel allowance Opportunity for career growth Bi-weekly salary payment via bank transfer Join our team!
