We are looking for a cashier to join Nissan Torres Corzo. We need a responsible person with experience in customer service and cash handling. The ideal candidate must demonstrate teamwork skills and have a proactive and positive attitude. * Prepare deposit slips for the cash received the previous day. * Receive customer payments for vehicle services, parts, or new vehicles. * Issue receipts, service invoices, and vehicle release documents. * Receive customer payments for insurance claims, issue receipts in the customer's name, and invoices in the insurer's name. * Forward insurer invoices and credit documents to the Accounts Receivable department. * Receive and review supplier invoices, prepare, and deliver counter-receipts. * Pay suppliers according to the scheduled payment date. * Receive properly authorized petty cash vouchers and disburse the requested funds. * Prepare a summary of petty cash vouchers or invoices based on available cash and forward it to the Treasury department. • Prepare a collection report, including invoices and receipts, for each cash register shift. * Reconcile daily service orders. * Prepare a record of issued check policies and forward it to the Accounting department.
