Job Summary\*\* The Quality Technician III is responsible for executing complex quality control procedures, performing detailed inspections, and ensuring compliance with Jabil, Inc.'s quality standards. Job Responsibilities\*\* * Perform detailed quality inspections of components, in-process products, and finished goods using a variety of measurement tools and equipment. * Interpret technical specifications, drawings, and engineering documents to verify product conformity. * Identify, document, and report non-conformities and quality defects accurately and promptly. * Investigate root causes of quality issues and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement process and product improvements. * Participate in internal and external process audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems. * Calibrate and maintain test and inspection equipment according to established schedules. * Train junior quality technicians on quality procedures and standards. * Contribute to the development and review of quality-related standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Collect and analyze quality data, generating reports for decision-making. Job Qualifications\*\* * Technical diploma or Associate Degree in a related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Quality). * Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as a Quality Technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the electronics or medical device industry. * Solid knowledge and experience using quality tools (e.g., SPC, MSA, 8D, FMEA). * Advanced experience operating precision measurement equipment (e.g., CMM, calipers, micrometers, profile projectors). * Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and engineering specifications. * Practical knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485\). * Advanced problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. * Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish; intermediate English desirable. * Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel). * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
