Job Summary\*\* The Quality Technician III is responsible for executing complex quality control procedures, performing detailed inspections, and ensuring compliance with Jabil, Inc.'s quality standards. This role significantly contributes to the continuous improvement of processes and products. Job Responsibilities\*\* * Perform detailed quality inspections of components, in-process products, and finished goods using a variety of measurement tools and equipment. * Interpret technical specifications, drawings, and engineering documents to verify product conformity. * Identify, document, and report non-conformities and quality defects accurately and promptly. * Investigate root causes of quality issues and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement process and product improvements. * Participate in internal and external process audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems. * Calibrate and maintain test and inspection equipment according to established schedules. * Train junior quality technicians on quality procedures and standards. * Contribute to the development and review of quality-related standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Collect and analyze quality data, generating reports for decision-making. Job Qualifications\*\* * Technical diploma or Associate Degree in a related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Quality). * Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as a Quality Technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the electronics or medical device industry. * Solid knowledge and experience using quality tools (e.g., SPC, MSA, 8D, FMEA). * Advanced experience operating precision measurement equipment (e.g., CMM, calipers, micrometers, profile projectors). * Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and engineering specifications. * Practical knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485\). * Advanced problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. * Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish; intermediate English desirable. * Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel). * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
