Location: HUGO Store, Midtown **What You Can Expect:** Responsibilities: * Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations at every opportunity. * Maximize every sales opportunity to achieve store sales targets and individual performance metrics. * Identify customer needs and respond to all product-related questions. * Answer questions regarding price, location, features, benefits, and usage of HUGO BOSS merchandise. * Ensure all customer orders and modifications are completed efficiently and on time. * Optimize product knowledge to recommend items and draw customers’ attention to products, thereby maximizing sales opportunities. **Your Profile:** Requirements: * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion segment. * Understanding and ability to represent the brand’s attributes. * Motivated, open-minded, and with strong representative presence. * Willingness to continuously learn and develop. **What We Offer You:** * Direct employment with HUGO BOSS. * Attractive commission structure and guaranteed commissions during the probationary period. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Statutory benefits and food vouchers starting from the first month. * Working hours: 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with two weekdays off.
