Full recruitment, selection, and training process. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or related field. * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. * Proactive. * Excellent communication skills. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and control of pre\-payroll and payroll. * Control and follow\-up of incidents (leave requests, vacations, absences, disabilities). * Dissemination of Organizational Culture. * Interviews, hiring, and onboarding of new personnel. * Personnel file control. * Control and follow\-up of procedures and audits. * Prior experience in recruitment, selection, and personnel training. * Knowledge of NOM 035\. * Coordination of events (birthdays, holidays, special events). * Sourcing, control, and follow\-up of training programs. * Addressing and responding to personnel requests.
