Design, administer, and optimize the unified communications infrastructure, ensuring availability, security, and alignment with business objectives. Requirements -Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field - 3 to 2 years of experience in UC or telecommunications - End-to-end administration of on-premise and/or cloud-based UC platforms. - UC platforms: Microsoft Teams, Cisco CUCM, Avaya, Zoom, 3CX, etc. - Cloud-based UC (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS). - Design and implementation of IP telephony and collaboration solutions. - Resolution of complex incidents and root cause analysis. - Management of QoS, security, and high availability. - Leading migration and technological improvement projects. - Vendor and carrier relationship management. - Definition of standards, policies, and documentation. - Advanced networking (routing, switching, QoS, firewall) - Advanced VoIP (SIP Trunks, SBC, codecs, high availability). - Mentoring junior profiles.-Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience Languages: English Knowledge: Avaya, Aws, Azure, Cisco, Firewall, Routing, Switching, Voip Keywords: administrator
