Position Summary: Design, administer, and optimize the unified communications infrastructure, ensuring availability, security, and alignment with business objectives. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end administration of on-premise and/or cloud-based UC platforms. 2. Leading migration and technological improvement projects. 3. Mentoring junior profiles. Design, administer, and optimize the unified communications infrastructure, ensuring availability, security, and alignment with business objectives. Requirements -Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field - 3 to 2 years of experience in UC or telecommunications - End-to-end administration of on-premise and/or cloud-based UC platforms. - UC platforms: Microsoft Teams, Cisco CUCM, Avaya, Zoom, 3CX, etc. - Cloud-based UC (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS). - Design and implementation of IP telephony and collaboration solutions. - Resolution of complex incidents and root cause analysis. - Management of QoS, security, and high availability. - Leading migration and technological improvement projects. - Vendor and carrier relationship management. - Definition of standards, policies, and documentation. - Advanced networking (routing, switching, QoS, firewall) - Advanced VoIP (SIP Trunks, SBC, codecs, high availability). - Mentoring junior profiles.-Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience Languages: English Knowledge: Avaya, Aws, Azure, Cisco, Firewall, Routing, Switching, Voip Keywords: administrator
