We are strengthening the cost department within an internationally operating, growing project-based company, where we seek structure, precision, and real operational control. **What will you do?** * Develop comprehensive construction budgets. * Build unit prices from scratch. * Integrate catalogs of work items and quantities. * Analyze inputs, productivity rates, and indirect costs. * Participate in tenders. * Collaborate closely with management for adjustments and validations. * Manage information in OPUS. **Profile** * Proven experience in developing full budgets (not just support roles). * Proficiency in OPUS. * Experience in construction tenders. * Analytical, structured, and results-oriented profile. **Conditions** * On-site \| Atequiza Jalisco 45860 * Completed bachelor's degree (Mandatory) * OPUS (1 year) * $18,000 to $20,000 monthly (based on experience). * Important: We seek candidates who have already developed full budgets and directly participated in tenders.
