**Position Objective** Ensure control and security at the access points to company facilities by properly receiving, registering, and directing suppliers, visitors, and collaborators, serving as the first point of contact while providing courteous and professional service. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor entries and exits of personnel, suppliers, and visitors. * Record all access to the company in logbooks (manually or digitally). * Verify entry and exit authorizations for individuals, materials, and vehicles. * Attend to and guide visitors, suppliers, and customers in a courteous manner. * Report incidents, anomalies, or risky situations promptly. * Assist in implementing security and emergency protocols. * Maintain constant communication with internal security and administrative departments. * Comply with internal safety regulations and reception policies. **Requirements** * Education: High school diploma or related studies/experience. * Experience: At least 1 year in security, access control, or reception roles (preferred). * Knowledge: * Basic security and access control procedures. * Handling logs and control forms. * Basic use of communication equipment (radio, telephone, computer). * Competencies: * Responsibility and punctuality. * Attention to detail. * Friendly demeanor and customer service skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Honesty and confidentiality. **We Offer:** * Opportunities for professional growth. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Additional benefits.
