**Join Our Team! Telemarketing Executive Position Available** At Grupo Taosa, we are looking for a highly qualified professional to fill the position of Telemarketing Executive. We want to meet you! Position Objective Provide effective follow-up on leads generated by TAOSA Muebles' digital campaigns and media, effectively contacting interested prospects, profiling their needs, assigning them to the sales team or authorized distributors as appropriate, and ensuring excellent service in every interaction. Additionally, will support operational activities within the marketing department as required during different times of the year. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Make calls and follow up with prospects (leads) interested in the company's products or services. * Accurately qualify and register each lead's information in the system (corporate CRM Odoo). * Assign the lead to the corresponding salesperson or distributor for commercial follow-up. * Continuously follow up each lead until closure or rejection. * Make quality assurance calls to verify service received from the sales department or distributors. * Generate weekly progress and results reports on lead status and conversions. * Collaborate with the marketing department by providing feedback regarding lead quality and campaign effectiveness. **Requirements:** * **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in telemarketing, call center, or customer service (preferably in commercial or industrial sectors). * Basic sales techniques and telephone customer service skills. * Proficiency with office tools (Office, CRM, WhatsApp Business, email). **Required Competencies and Skills:** * Excellent verbal and written communication. * Proactive, friendly attitude with customer orientation. * Strong follow-up and organizational skills. * Enjoys teamwork and continuous learning. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and quality-focused environment. * Professional development and training opportunities. * Competitive benefits package. * Potential for growth and advancement within the company.
