Coordinate with operators for efficient delivery logistics We are looking for an experienced and responsible **Concrete Batch Operator** to join our team in the Ixtlahuacán de los Membrillos area. The primary objective of this position is to guarantee precise material mixing to meet the quality and strength standards required by our clients and projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate the batching system (automated or manual) for loading concrete mixer trucks. * Ensure mixtures strictly comply with specified designs and strength requirements. * Monitor raw material inventory levels (cement, aggregates, admixtures). * Perform basic preventive maintenance on batching equipment. * Coordinate with mixer truck operators to ensure efficient delivery logistics. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the plant area. **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in similar roles (concrete plants). * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in batching software (e.g., Command Alkon or similar) and technical knowledge of aggregates and admixtures. * **Skills:** Organizational ability, attention to detail, and focus on industrial safety. * **Residence:** Preferably residing in Ixtlahuacán de los Membrillos or nearby areas (Chapala, El Salto, Juanacatlán). **We Offer** * **Base salary:** $20,000 per month. Salary: $19,500.00 – $20,000.00 per month Experience: * Concrete Batch Operator: 1 year (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
