Ensuring product feasibility and quality **Tequila Distillery Hacienda Tequilera in San Francisco de Asís is seeking: Innovation and New Product Development Coordinator (DNP)** **Job Mission:** Responsible for the comprehensive development of new and existing products by managing assigned resources to achieve profitable, high-quality products. Responsibilities: 1\.\- Establish and oversee operational and administrative procedures. 2\.\- Document control; formulations, procedures, instructions, templates, deviations, etc. 3\.\- Ensure product development feasibility. 4\.\- Perform analytical method validation to ensure compliance with specifications for which the method was designed. 5\.\- Develop, supervise, and review prototype formulations for new products. 6\.\- Conduct pilot tests on formulations approved by Management and the client. 7\.\- Supervise analyses conducted in the Chromatography Department. 8\.\- Supervise product stability testing. 9\.\- Conduct assays or deviations to support decision-making. **We Offer:** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * 30 days' year-end bonus * 6% savings fund contribution * Professional growth opportunities Salary: Starting at $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings account * Option for an indefinite-term employment contract * Life insurance Work Location: On-site employment
