Job Summary: UNITED BY LIFE Corporate is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join its team, supporting the receipt, classification, registration, and supply of materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in supplying materials to various departments 2. Participate in physical inventory counts 3. Requirements: Minimum six months of relevant experience preferred. Knowledge of inventory systems (FIFO, LIFO) Minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels Cyclic counts. Intermediate Excel proficiency. High school diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree in administrative or engineering fields. Responsibilities: Assist in receiving, organizing, and classifying supplies and materials delivered by vendors. Record inflows and outflows of materials, consumables, and fixed assets. Collaborate in supplying requested materials to various company departments. Report material requirements to the immediate supervisor for replenishment. Participate in physical inventory counts.
