A manufacturing company is seeking an Administrative and Finance Manager.
Position Mission
Ensure the company’s proper financial, accounting, and documentary administration. Control economic flows; manage and administer accounts receivable and payable; coordinate invoicing; prepare financial, operational, and sales reports; and provide reliable support to internal and external clients, suppliers, and the General Management to ensure transparent and efficient management.
Main Responsibilities
Finance and Accounting
\* Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable—domestic and international.
\* Prepare and update weekly or monthly financial reports for Local and General Management.
\* Prepare and update production, inventory, and costing reports.
\* Conduct sales analysis by product and market; track and validate commercial programs.
\* Coordinate client invoicing and collections, ensuring tax compliance.
\* Validate and schedule payments to suppliers and contractors.
\* Follow up with external accounting firms.
General Administration
\* Manage contracts, accounting records, and official company documentation.
\* Manage administrative procurement (office supplies, services).
\* Support annual budget preparation and monitoring.
\* Control administrative inventory and office equipment.
Supplier and Banking Relations
\* Maintain relationships with financial institutions and strategic suppliers.
\* Monitor bank transactions and prepare reconciliations.
Support to Management
\* Provide administrative support for reports, audits, or reviews.
\* Support internal process improvement and documentary control.
Required Profile
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum Experience:
3 years in administrative or accounting roles, with proven experience in financial control and coordination with external accounting firms.
Technical Competencies:
\* Financial knowledge, general accounting, electronic invoicing, and expense control.
\* Advanced Excel proficiency.
\* Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Contpaq, QuickBooks, or similar).
\* Basic knowledge of Mexican tax legislation.
Personal Competencies:
\* Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail.
\* Integrity and handling of confidential information.
\* Proactivity in problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
\* Clear communication and collaborative attitude.

Languages:

General Position Conditions
Location: Main office in downtown Guadalajara, Jalisco.
\* Work modality: On-site, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
\* Hierarchical level: Coordination / support to management.
\* Confidentiality required across all financial operations.
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $25,000.00 \- $30,000.00 per month
