




We are seeking a Logistics Manager to drive operational excellence and ensure the availability of critical materials for our projects. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions * Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction sector companies * Supervisory experience over operational staff and work teams * Personal vehicle required * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems KNOWLEDGE IN: * Inventory management (FIFO, LIFO, turnover, stock control) * Supply chain and procurement planning * Warehouse logistics, distribution, and transportation * Logistics KPIs (On-Time In-Full, fill rate, service level, etc.) * Storage, safety, and quality regulations * Continuous improvement and process optimization KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan and ensure proper procurement, inventory control, and material storage. * Supervise warehouse operations: receipt, safeguarding, and dispatch of materials and finished products. * Guarantee timely supply to Production, preventing operational interruptions. * Coordinate with Procurement on raw material and supply receipt, ensuring timeliness and quality. * Implement best logistics practices and quality controls according to established processes. * Monitor key performance indicators and execute improvements to optimize costs and efficiency.
