Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive Branch Driver to perform deliveries, collections, payments, and operational errands, ensuring efficient service to customers and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Act as a messenger, performing payments, purchases, and administrative errands. 2. Deliver and collect materials, with attention to customers and suppliers. 3. Maintain the delivery unit and coordinate service. At Grupo Morales, we seek a responsible and proactive Branch Driver tasked with performing deliveries, collections, payments, and operational errands, ensuring efficient service to both customers and suppliers. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the branch messenger * Perform payments, purchases, and administrative errands * Deliver and collect materials with customers and suppliers * Load and unload cargo (tires and/or spare parts) * Complete delivery logs and activity tracking records * Attend to customers and suppliers during deliveries * Collect customer requirements or requests * Keep the delivery unit clean * Wash the company vehicle (minimum twice per week) * Report mechanical failures and follow up on preventive maintenance * Coordinate unit maintenance with immediate supervisor **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position * Valid driver’s license (commercial driver type) * Basic driving knowledge * Basic mechanical knowledge (preferred) * Responsible, punctual, and service-oriented * Flexible availability **Basic Knowledge:** * Street names and routes * Filling out logs * Customer and supplier service * Use of Waze and/or Google Maps * WhatsApp proficiency **We Offer:** * Weekly salary of **$2,240 \+ Weekly tire commission \+ Weekly 5% yard commission** * Punctuality and attendance bonus of **$400** * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Positive work environment * Growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $2,240\.00 per week Benefits: * Life insurance * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
