Avicampo, a company of Grupo Alvamex, is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for the production area **(poultry farms and feed plant)**. **Position Objective** To supervise, coordinate, and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities on facilities, equipment, and machinery, ensuring their optimal performance, safety, and availability for company operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and coordinate maintenance personnel activities (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, etc.). * Supervise compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment. * Control spare parts inventory and coordinate necessary purchases. * Timely submit technical reports on failures, repairs, and improvements performed. * Verify compliance with industrial safety and environmental regulations. * Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization projects. * Train technical staff on maintenance procedures and best practices. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technician or Engineer in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in industrial, building, or machinery maintenance, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role. **Knowledge:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance. * Interpretation of electrical and mechanical drawings. * Equipment management and resource control. * Industrial safety and hygiene standards. * Intermediate experience of 6 months with 12 to 24 V electrical panels (control and power). 110, 220, 440 * Physical ability (required to perform movements handling tools at heights and heavy objects). * Intermediate knowledge of Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Intermediate knowledge of electrical tools (multimeters, cable welder, current tester, etc.). * Basic welding knowledge, intermediate knowledge of steam and pneumatic systems. * Plumbing If you meet the required profile, please send your updated resume to the following email: karina.castillo@avicampo.com.mx or apply through this posting.
