Job Summary: Supervise, control, and maintain equipment and systems to ensure product quality, safety, and continuous plant operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and monitoring of equipment at the wastewater treatment plant. 2. Management of operational records and preparation of reports. 3. Support in basic preventive/corrective maintenance. **Operator – WWTP Operations Area** **Job Objective:** Supervise, control, and maintain assigned equipment and systems, ensuring product quality, compliance with safety standards, and uninterrupted plant operation. **Job Requirements:** * **Reside in ATOTONILCO EL ALTO, JALISCO or have easy access to the area** * Technical high school diploma or technical degree in related fields (chemistry, environmental science, electromechanics, mechanics, industrial processes). * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (wastewater treatment plant, chemical industry, food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing). * Experience in recording operational data and preparing reports. * Experience in basic preventive/corrective maintenance (preferred). * Teamwork and strong communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts. **Main Duties:** * Operation and monitoring of equipment within the wastewater treatment plant. * Recording and monitoring of physical and chemical parameters. * Support in loading, unloading, and transferring products. * Cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and facilities. * Reporting of incidents, failures, or unsafe conditions. * Adherence to operational and safety instructions. * Collaboration with supervisors, technicians, and other operators. * Compliance with internal and external regulations (safety, environment, quality). **Schedule and Employment Type:** * Mixed schedule: from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * **Availability to rotate shifts if required by operations.** * Project-based contract for 3 months. **Salary and Benefits:** * $15,000 to $17,000 net monthly.
