**Company in the tequila industry is looking for:** Engineering and Project Manager **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and execute the investment (CAPEX) and improvement project portfolio, both annual and 5YP. * Lead conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering for new lines, plants, expansions, or modernizations. * Ensure compliance with timelines, costs, scope, quality, and regulations. * Implement project management methodologies (PMI, Stage\-Gate, Lean Project Management). **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * English (desirable) * Knowledge of PETAR standards * Experience in expansions and projects from scratch **We offer:** * Base salary \+ benefits exceeding legal requirements **Work arrangement:** 100% on-site (based in Jiquilpan, availability to attend corporate office once a week (Zapopan)). **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday 8\-6 and Friday 8\-2 Job type: Full-time Salary: $65,000\.00 \- $75,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
