Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to supervise and perform preventive and corrective maintenance, applying 5S methodologies and optimizing processes through automation and PLC programming. In this position, you will be responsible for supervising and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on the company's facilities and equipment. You must apply methodologies such as 5S to maintain an efficient and organized work environment. Additionally, your ability to analyze inventories and automate facilities will be crucial to optimizing our processes. Your knowledge of automation—especially PLC programming—will be fundamental to improving the efficiency of our operations. Regulatory compliance is an essential part of your role; therefore, high standards must be maintained across all aspects of maintenance. Your ability to diagnose issues—electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic—will be key to quickly resolving any incidents that arise. Working under pressure and in teams are highly valued skills, as we believe success depends on collaboration and initiative. This is an on-site position; therefore, availability to work at our facilities is required.
