




Avicampo, a company of Grupo Alvamex, is looking for a Logistics Assistant with strong initiative, operational follow-up skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You will provide operational and administrative support in logistics and vehicle weighing processes, ensuring compliance with shipment planning, loading, and distribution, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach that maintains efficiency in the logistics chain, even under pressure or emergency situations. Perform administrative tasks such as guide control, transportation logs, entry/exit records, and system data entry. 4. Assist in resolving logistics incidents (delays, shortages, delivery errors), acting quickly and effectively. 5. Maintain constant communication with team members and related departments to anticipate problems and optimize processes. 6. Actively participate in the continuous improvement of logistics procedures. 7. Process weekly payroll (logistics area only) **Required Profile** * Education: Technical degree or completed/partial Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, Commerce, or related field. **Experience** * Minimum 1 year in logistics, transportation, or distribution. * Experience handling shipping documentation, route tracking, and operational coordination. **Skills** * Inventory control and/or ERP systems (desirable). * Office suite, especially intermediate Excel. **Competencies** * Initiative and proactivity * Ability to work under pressure * Follow-up and compliance * Effective communication * Problem-solving Job type: Full-time Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site
