Required Profile Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or related industries. Demonstrable experience managing broad consumer product catalogs. Solid knowledge of: Imported groceries Wines Cheeses Supplements Gourmet and specialized retail products Technical Knowledge Disciplined, exemplary, and motivating leadership. Extensive experience in conflict resolution. Development and monitoring of KPIs and dashboards. Merchandising and commercial strategies. Customer service and customer experience.
