




Job Summary: Multifunctional administrative assistant providing support in operations, sales, inventory, and procurement, while maintaining document control and preparing reports. Record system entries related to inventory, receipts, shipments, adjustments, and transfers. 6. Enter physical inventory data and assist in its control and reconciliation with the system. 7. Provide administrative assistance to the sales department, including information tracking and operational support. 8. Track domestic and international procurement processes, from requisition through document control and corresponding registration. 9.
