OMEX ALIMENTARIA is growing, and therefore we are looking for a **Junior Administrative Assistant / Commercial Management Executive** to provide operational and administrative support to the sales department, ensuring follow-up on work plans, information control, indicator updates, and compliance with internal processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor work plans of regional management teams and sales executives. * Collect and upload execution evidence onto operational platforms (apps, GPS, etc.). * Consolidate operational reports and monitor commercial indicators. * Support onboarding and offboarding processes for sales personnel. * Track incidents with Occupational Medicine. * Assist in internal audits by collecting evidence and documentation. * Monitor product placement and quality variations. * Control samples and sales support materials. * Prepare and track minutes of operational meetings. * Maintain up-to-date operational and administrative information for the department. **Requirements** **Education:** * Completed high school or incomplete undergraduate degree. * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commerce, or related field preferred. **Experience:** * 1–2 years in administrative, operational, or commercial roles. **Knowledge:** * Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office. * Basic ERP system knowledge. * Proficiency with technological tools and tracking platforms. * Operational information entry and control. * Report preparation. * Basic understanding of administrative processes and commercial indicators. **Skills** * Teamwork * Effective communication * Results orientation * Service orientation * Responsibility and adherence to regulations * Perseverance and honesty **We Offer** * Job stability * Weekly salary payment * Meal vouchers * 7% Savings Fund * Statutory benefits * Year-end bonus of 20–30 days depending on seniority * Opportunity for growth * Excellent work environment
