**Senior Accountant with a focus on operational and tax leadership, responsible for coordinating accounting processes, ensuring tax compliance, and supervising the team’s proper operation—guaranteeing efficiency, control, and regulatory compliance. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Located in Lomas de Independencia, Guadalajara, Jal. We offer a monthly gross salary of $22,000.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Participate in and coordinate daily stand-up meetings * Prepare consolidated accounting incident reports * Generate and monitor operational metrics * Control and assign tasks to external consultants * Reassign staff based on operational workload * Manage operational staff termination processes * Integrate and onboard new personnel * Temporarily reassign work teams * Assign and rotate reviewers * Plan and execute initial training programs * Evaluate initial training and performance * Integrate, analyze, and classify accounting incidents * Supervise accounting and tax processes * Monitor tax obligations and compliance with authorities **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (degree certification required) * Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and taxation * Minimum 1 year of experience leading teams * Proficiency in tax and accounting processes * Basic-to-intermediate Excel skills (formulas and pivot tables) * ERP system experience * Knowledge of Contpaq **Platform Experience:** * SAT (Tax Administration Service) * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) * Infonavit (National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute) * State-level platforms * Banking platforms **Competencies:** * Operational leadership * Organization and follow-up * Planning and prioritization * Attention to detail * Effective communication * Analytical ability * Ability to work under pressure * Problem-solving skills **We Offer:** * Base salary: $22,000 * Professional development * Continuous training * Excellent work environment * Stability and growth Interested candidates should submit their CV.
