A leading company in the furniture and panel industry is seeking: Human Resources Assistant **Job Objective:** Provide support in the administrative and operational processes of the Human Resources department, contributing to personnel management and compliance with internal policies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers. * Maintain and update employee files. * Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other administrative documents. * Assist in attendance tracking, incident management, and report generation. * Participate in training, onboarding, and internal communication activities. * Support the organization of internal events and programs. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field (currently enrolled or graduated). * Experience: 6 months – 1 year in a similar position. * Knowledge: * Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate Excel). * Basic Human Resources processes. * Skills: * Organization and follow-up. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Discretion and commitment to confidentiality. **Competencies:** * Service orientation. * Proactive attitude. * Responsibility and commitment. * Learning ability.
