Job Summary: We are seeking a Picking Assistant to receive, verify, and transfer merchandise while maintaining order and supporting various warehouse areas. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a Picking Assistant. **Requirements:** * High school diploma. * No prior experience required. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and check orders using the Hand Held device. * Pick merchandise for each order. * Verify that picked items are in good condition. * Transport correctly labeled merchandise to the shipping area for dispatch. * Report any incidents occurring during the picking process. * Assist in the merchandise return process. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Support other warehouse areas. **We Offer:** * **Fixed monthly salary of $12,672\.93.** * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacation, vacation premium, PTU). * Social Security Plan (grocery vouchers, punctuality and attendance bonus, savings fund). * Savings account. * Life insurance. * Free uniforms. * Direct employment with the company. * Employee of the Month bonus. * Psychological support program. * Half-day monthly award for perfect punctuality.
