Job Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented Bingo Host with excellence in service to promote and sell bingo cards, assist customers, and manage cash operations in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Active Commercial Management: Promote and sell bingo cards within the venue, executing necessary sales strategies to meet and exceed daily and weekly targets. Customer Service and Retention: Greet and assist customers to the highest standards of quality and service, ensuring an exceptional experience that fosters loyalty. Cash Handling Processes: Accurately collect payments and handle cash, strictly adhering to company procedures, policies, and controls. Objective Assurance: Actively collaborate with the team to maintain area profitability indicators. Required Profile: Experience: Minimum experience in sales, customer service, or cash handling (preferably in hospitality, retail, or entertainment sectors). Key Competencies: Strong results orientation, negotiation skills, proactivity, and excellent interpersonal communication. Schedule Availability: Ability to rotate shifts within an operational window from 9:45 AM to 2:00 AM, with one weekly day off (rotating shifts).
