Position Summary: We are seeking an instructor to guide students in developing accounting and administrative competencies, strengthening their ability to interpret economic information and apply it in real-world contexts. Promote financial analysis and the use of accounting tools Job Description: Position Objective Guide students in developing foundational accounting and administrative competencies through learning accounting processes, transaction recording, and financial tools, thereby strengthening their ability to interpret economic information and apply it in real-world workplace contexts, contributing to their holistic development. Main Responsibilities Deliver basic accounting and accounting assistant courses in accordance with the established curriculum. Teach the recording of accounting transactions (revenues, expenses, journal entries, general journal, and general ledger). Explain key concepts such as assets, liabilities, equity, revenues, and expenses. Develop pedagogical strategies that facilitate understanding of accounting processes. Promote financial analysis and the organization of accounting information. Design, implement, and evaluate practical activities aligned with academic objectives. Teach the use of basic accounting and administrative tools (templates, spreadsheets, etc.). Integrate practical exercises with real-world business cases. Guide students in applied practices and exercises. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields (degree and/or professional license preferred). Knowledge of basic accounting, accounting records, and administrative processes. Proficiency in digital tools (Excel preferred). Teaching, communication, organizational, and academic follow-up skills.
