Job Summary: This position focuses on improving customer service, increasing market share, managing sales and collection processes, and ensuring the accurate delivery of orders at Nadro. To provide and improve service and customer support for clients assigned to the representative’s portfolio, increase market share among clients served by Sales Representatives, and ensure timely collection and/or recovery of administrative documents and deduction processes in compliance with internal policies. -MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION. -Customer service according to the scheduled visit itinerary and in accordance with established procedures and policies, to carry out sales, collection, deductions, and rejections. -Understanding and transmitting customer orders via the Psion device, then sending them to Nadro’s servers, which subsequently relay them to branches for fulfillment and next-day delivery by Nadro’s Delivery Driver, per established procedures and policies. -Reviewing orders delivered by Nadro’s Delivery Driver, as per established procedures, to ensure customers receive all requested products. -Conducting collection and/or recovery of administrative documents generated by the customer (cancellations and merchandise rejections), to reconcile invoiced amounts with administrative documents and/or credit notes, with the goal of delivering such documents to the Credit and Collections department of each branch for billing and/or reporting collections made to independent customers, per established policies and procedures. -Providing customer service regarding promotion of offers, and requesting and transmitting special orders via Psion, as specifically required by customers.
