Position Summary: Implement and manage medium- and high-complexity innovation, renovation, industrialization, and cost-saving projects, supporting both business and factory operations. Knowledge of Project Management techniques **Location:** MX\-Fab Ocotlán (MX\-OCOTJ) **Position Mission:** Implement projects through I2L (Innovation, Renovation, Industrialization, and Savings) of medium and high complexity, managing technical and financial resources in accordance with the NCE operational model, to meet consumer, business, and market needs. Provide proactive technical support to the factory and business during project execution and initiatives, including CAPEX projects, in compliance with Nestlé policies and procedures and the Nestlé Research & Development Network (R\&D – research \& development Centers and PTCs (Product Technology Centers)), to support factory performance and business growth. **A Day in the Life:** * Apply technical expertise to: Innovate, renovate, and industrialize new products based on business needs and the NPDI (Nestlé Product Development and Introduction) process to support business growth and profitability. Improve factory performance, product quality, or installation of new production lines through design, technical assistance, or manufacturing support, complying with Nestlé policies, to increase factory saturation and reliability. Develop prototypes at pilot or industrial scale, defining industrial trials, first and second manufacturing runs, to ensure new projects do not negatively impact factory efficiency. * Develop technical knowledge to replicate technical expertise among peers in Application Groups and supported factories. * Propose reformulation alternatives and technical solutions for supported factories and businesses, based on personal experience and exchanges with other Application Groups and Networks, to improve factory performance and business profitability. * Manage medium-/high-complexity projects. * Contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement. Propose, manage, and support implementation of savings projects to improve factory performance or business profitability. * Identify and assess hazards and risks in work areas, ensuring personal safety and that of others around, and apply established safety standards and protocols to prevent accidents. **What Will Make You Successful:** * 3–4 years of experience performing similar functions, working in multidisciplinary teams, and managing and executing projects. * University degree in fields such as Food Engineering, Chemistry, or Biochemistry. * Knowledge of Project Management techniques and tools (e.g., Critical Path, Stakeholder Mapping, Project Software). * Knowledge of products and processes, including raw materials and suppliers. * **Advanced level of spoken and written English** (contact with Switzerland), projects with Africa, USA, and Canada. * Willingness to travel (occasionally) for visits or workshops (national or international).
