**Important Japanese food restaurant is looking for:** **Sushero / Kitchen assistant.** **Benefits.** * Salary of $2,500 to $2,700 weekly net (Depending on skills) \+ tips (approx $600 weekly). * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Weekly punctuality bonuses. * Requirements. * Service attitude, interest and passion for cooking, desire for improvement, responsible and punctual. * Age between 18 and 30 years. **Activities.** * Daily check raw materials to prevent delays and shortages. * Monitor the use of raw materials and waste, as well as report deterioration of kitchen tools. * Prepare necessary ingredients for work tasks (pre-cooked meats, bowl bases, fruits and vegetables, among others). * Perform cutting tasks for vegetables or other ingredients requiring cutting. * Follow exactly the recipes of requested dishes. * Keep ingredient containers sufficiently stocked to avoid production delays. * Submit daily reports of waste, returns, or production errors to the Manager or immediate Supervisor. * Deliver weekly prepared food inventory control report to the immediate Supervisor. * Carry out general kitchen cleaning together with miscellaneous staff and other kitchen personnel. * Collect kitchen waste and deposit it in the appropriate place. Clean kitchen ducts and exhaust systems every two weeks. **ROTATING schedule.** * Morning shift, Monday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. * Evening shift, Monday to Thursday from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Friday to Sunday from 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm. * 1 day off during the week. **Location.** * Av.
