**MAIN OBJECTIVE:** Conduct supervision rounds, report incidents, carry out supervisory visits, detect risks and report them, report any violation of internal regulations. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:** * Conduct supervision rounds with a preventive focus to detect incidents. * Report incidents involving client personnel, use of PPE, behavior, violations of their work regulations. * Carry out supervisory visits to reinforce guards' work and verify proper compliance with their duties and work regulations. * Provide extraordinary support on security matters such as incidents or accidents. * Report violations of the work regulations by personnel. * Maintain units in good condition through proper use, cleaning, preventive and corrective maintenance, etc. * Control of guards and follow-up on incidents. * Daily report to monitoring regarding vehicle departures. **Requirements** * Required educational level: Bachelor's degree in agriculture or related field (completed or incomplete) * Valid driver's license (must know how to drive manual transmission) • Experience: Minimum 1 year in supervision * Availability of schedule · Experience in property security **Location:** * La Barca, Jamay, Atotonilco el Alto. **Schedule** * Monday to Saturday (full time). * Availability to attend critical events on weekends and holidays **Age:** * 25 to 45 years Job type: Full-time Salary: $20,100.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work location: On-site
