We rehabilitate, repair, and protect our clients' most important assets through maintenance plans that allow them to achieve significant cost savings. **\-Documenter\-** * **Education: Bachelor's degree COMPLETED** * **23 years of age or older** * **NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** * **Knowledge of Excel software.** * **Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 6:00 pm)** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure the client's goods are loaded onto the vehicle without issues * Follow up on the return of documents (acknowledgments) from the client * Reconcile the closing of all purchases in an organized manner, compiling supporting documents (PO, invoice, payment evidence) * Record all warehouse receipts and services for the closing of purchase invoices (this must be done in the ERP system) * Execute the "purchase invoice closing" process by gathering all necessary evidence from the warehouse, accounts payable, and suppliers * Monitor and update account statements, verifying payments are applied and no invoices are missing in the ERP system * Perform department-related tasks to ensure efficient operation and up-to-date information * Review upcoming payments due * Receive driver expenses * Perform warehouse reconciliation using the system * Enter delivery note policies * Review and download shipments * Verify expenses and close invoices Job type: Full-time Salary: $10,113.00 \- $11,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract * Grocery vouchers Application questions: * DO YOU HAVE ERP KNOWLEDGE? * DO YOU HAVE INVOICING KNOWLEDGE?
