Please note that the company is located in Sahuayo, Michoacán; candidates willing to relocate will be considered. Requirements: Male or female with 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager. Completed bachelor’s degree (administrative or accounting degree preferred). Experience in the fuel sector is preferred but not mandatory. Coordinate the group's operations in an orderly manner. Capable of managing various operational functions at the corporate and managerial levels. Maintain constant communication with station managers; direct operations; conduct accounting reviews; review alerts issued by SAT (Tax Administration Service); review operational sales. Zone managers with retail experience may also be considered. We Offer: Base salary before taxes: $50,000; weekly payment; statutory benefits; working hours Monday–Friday.
